For me, it would have to be my authentic World War II army issued trench coat. I found it after digging through Ebay and bought it for 20 dollars, plus five with shipping. With cold, harsh Minnesotan winters, that thing is a life-saver. Probably the best thing I ever bought.

Another thing is a WW2 Class A wool jacket. Once again, I bought it on Ebay for 7.00. However, I didn't know until I bought some books and did some research that it belonged to an Army-Air Force man. All the patches were missing except for the Communications patch on the cuff. This is very dear to me because I had three people in my family that served in the Air Force as either bombers or radiomen. Though it was just a cool jacket that I got in the beginning, it is now a very close, sentimental piece that I probably will never give up.

Lastly, I have my grandfather's dogtags from the Korean Conflict. He gave them to me as a birthday present, saying that he didn't need them anymore and thought I would enjoy them. And though I don't wear them in fear of losing them, I have them sitting in a jewelry box that the same grandfather made for me.

After-hour parks are never a good idea...my icon is how I felt when a po-po showed up.

So don't do it, kids!

Well, this baby was in dire need of a make-over. It's not quite done yet, but pretty close.


I'm going to take a new turn with this...I've started school about a month ago. (Cosmetologist,but I'm hoping to get a job putting make-up on dead people) and I was thinking about posting photos of stuff I've done.

Also, currently, I've been researching hardcore for my historical novel. World War 2? Yes. American Paratroopers? Oh, hell,yes. Going to make it as accurate as possible, but still keep it creative writing? Yes.
